Work Example: Seneca Learning

Seneca Learning is an EdTech Start-up, that developed an adaptive learning platform, based on a neuroscientific AI-learning algorithm.

Job details

As one of the first team members of the DACH team, I was responsible for adapting the free learning platform to the DACH region.

My work included structuring and specifying the educational content aligned with the regional curricula, working with authors, and managing up to 25 content creators as well as freelance authors to develop high-quality content.

During my time with the company, we developed processes that allowed us to publish courses for the main subjects in Austria and all regions of Germany, with many more in the process of being done.

In addition, I supported the growth team through my in-depth knowledge of the Austrian and German education system, by organizing and maintaining cooperations with different stakeholders. If time allowed, I contributed my creative ideas and content production skills in the form of social media content, blog posts, and content strategy ideas.
